We want you to love your gear as much as you love chasing wind and results. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Damaged Products

  • If your product arrives damaged, we will gladly exchange it — no questions asked.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with no signs of usage.
  • Return shipping for damaged products will be covered by us.

2. Change of Mind / Dissatisfaction

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receipt.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition.
  • Return shipping costs for refunds due to change of mind or dissatisfaction will be the customer’s responsibility.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Exchanges will be shipped promptly after we receive the returned item.

4. Exclusions

  • Digital products, personalized items, or goods not returned in original condition may not qualify.
