1. Damaged Products
- If your product arrives damaged, we will gladly exchange it — no questions asked.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with no signs of usage.
- Return shipping for damaged products will be covered by us.
2. Change of Mind / Dissatisfaction
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receipt.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition.
- Return shipping costs for refunds due to change of mind or dissatisfaction will be the customer’s responsibility.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Exchanges will be shipped promptly after we receive the returned item.
4. Exclusions
- Digital products, personalized items, or goods not returned in original condition may not qualify.
